Position:Real Estate Sales & Leasing Agent
Job Summary:
STEPIN HOMES PROPERTIES LLC is looking for sales and leasing agents for the Dubai real estate market. You will be self-motivated, passionate, and have aproven track recordin real estate or sales. You will have high standards, be hard-working, and thrive on new challenges.
Job Requirements:
Listing and marketing properties for sale or rent on various portals.
Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values, and property legislation.
Qualifying potential buyers/tenants.
Setting appointments, attending viewings, and following up on leads.
Negotiating offers and contract negotiations.
Maintain regular contact with all clients.
Candidates with Dubai Real Estate Experience in Primary & Secondary Market are preferred.
