Job Summary
We are hiring Real Estate Sales Agents with a minimum of 3 months of experience in the UAE real estate market. We also welcome fresh graduates and candidates with a passion for sales and real estate who are eager to build a successful career in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties.
- Generate and qualify new leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided resources.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Negotiate property transactions and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and new developments.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Maintain accurate records using the company’s CRM system.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months of experience in the UAE real estate market is preferred.
- Freshers with a strong interest in sales and real estate are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
