We are looking for someone responsible who can manage our labor camp. The candidate will be offered full training for the role, however a strong work ethic and some previous experience in managing large groups of people and facilities is required .
The role will be based in the camp and the camp boss will be in charge of the daily smooth operations throughout the camp.
Some key responsibilities will be as follows:
Ensuring safety regulations are met
Planning, scheduling and coordinating the daily operations
Ordering and managing supplies and materials
Ensuring that maintenance and repair work is carried out efficiently and to the required standards
Maintaining records and preparing reports
Liaising with clients and other external contractors
Organising and supervising staff on site
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
