We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent tojoin our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients, conducting property viewings, and closing sales deals.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and online marketing.
Prospect and cultivate potential customers.
Experience in selling properties, flats, villas, and plots in the Ajman market.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential clients.
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales and lease agreements.
Prepare and present offers and contracts to clients.
Maintain accurate andup-to-daterecords of all interactions with clients.
Collaborate with other team members to achievesales targets.
Stay informed about the real estate market trends and developments in Dubai, Ajman, and the surrounding areas.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales in UAE.
Proven track recordof real estate sales.
Must meet monthly and quarterlysales targets.
UAE driving license.
English – upper-intermediate or higher.
Fluency in one or more of these languages will be a benefit:
Hindi, Arabic.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Knowledge in social media marketing.
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Willing to perform best in the first month of the probationary period for proper consideration.
Position is open to all nationalities.
We will provide an employment visa, basic salary, and a goodcommission structure.

Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED2,000.00 per month
