Key Responsibilities:
Furniture Carpenter:
Read and interpret technical drawings and plans for custom furniture projects
Create detailed cutting lists to ensure materials are used efficiently
Design, build, and repair custom furniture pieces
Work with various types of wood, laminates, and veneers
Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision
Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality standards
Spray Painter:
Apply smooth, flawless finishes on furniture and other wooden items
Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, cleaning, priming)
Use spray equipment to apply paint, stains, and varnishes
Ensure quality control with attention to detail on finishes
Work to maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
Proven experience in furniture carpentry or spray painting (or both)
Ability to read technical drawings and create cutting lists for carpentry projects
Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
