About the Role
We’re expanding our presence in Jazeera Al Hamra and looking for a driven, self-motivated real estate agent to sell/lease properties in RAK’s fast-growing waterfront and freehold zones. You’ll work under our company’s real estate license. This is a commission-only role: uncapped earning potential, directly tied to what you close.
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage property leads (sales/rentals)
- Conduct viewings and client meetings
- Negotiate deals between buyers/sellers/landlords/tenants
- Maintain CRM records and follow RAK RERA compliance requirements
- Stay current on RAK/Al Hamra market pricing and inventory
Requirements
- UAE driving license + own vehicle
- Strong communication skills, English required, Arabic/Russian/Hindi a plus
- Prior real estate or sales experience preferred, not mandatory
- Self-driven—this role rewards hustle, not hours clocked
