We’re Hiring – Real Estate Sales Agent!
Q Bay Real Estate is looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team in Doha, Qatar.
Responsibilities:
• Generate and follow up on sales leads.
• Assist clients in buying and selling residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.
• Negotiate offers and close sales transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Stay updated on the Qatar real estate market and available properties.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of real estate sales experience in Qatar.
• Valid Qatar Driving License and own car.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Knowledge of the Qatar real estate market.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
