Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Assist clients in buying and selling residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Negotiate property sales and guide clients throughout the sales process.
- Stay up to date with the Abu Dhabi real estate market, property values, and new developments.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while contributing to overall team success.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on inquiries.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and customer service mindset.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
- Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- UAE driving license is an advantage but not required.
