  • Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients, showcasing the value of our recruitment services and how they align with Emiratization goals and workforce diversity.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop innovative recruitment strategies that attract top talent, sharing insights and best practices to enhance overall team performance.
  • Monitor industry trends and changes in labor laws related to Emiratization, ensuring compliance and advising clients on best practices for recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Participate in networking events and job fairs to promote our services and connect with potential candidates, expanding our talent pool and brand awareness.
  • Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and make informed decisions for future initiatives, driving continuous improvement in our processes.
  • Provide regular reports to management on recruitment metrics, client feedback, and market trends, contributing to strategic planning and business development efforts.

    • Willing to work on-site and travel for business deal within the assigned market.
