Recruitment:

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process.
Negotiate employment offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Training and Development:
Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of real estate professionals, including new agents and experienced agents seekingcareer advancement.
Cover a range of topics includingsales techniques, contract negotiation, market trends, technology tools, and compliance regulations.
