Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Recruiter located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring real estate professionals, managing recruitment processes, and building strong relationships with candidates and clients in the real estate industry.
Qualifications
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
Real Estate industry knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Organization and time management skills
Experience with recruitment databases and tools
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in real estate recruitment is a plus
