- Build and maintain strong relationships with high‑value clients and top real estate developers to drive consistent sales growth.
- Support clients throughout the end‑to‑end home‑buying journey, providing clear guidance and tailored advice to help them secure the right property.
- Stay up to date with market trends, new developments, and property launches to ensure relevant and informed client interactions.
- Leverage market insights to deliver accurate, timely, and value‑driven information to clients.
- Actively expand your client base by leveraging your network and generating referrals from satisfied customers.
- Work closely with a high‑performing team to consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in the Dubai real estate market with solid market knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills.
- A driven, self‑motivated mindset with the ability to thrive both independently and within a team.
- A valid UAE driving licence is essential.
