join our team

This is an open interview Monday to Saturday 12:00 PM – 4:30 PM at the below location:
Office #12B01, Floor 12B Prime Business Centre Jumeirah Village Circle Dubai, UAE
Qualification:
Any nationality
Age not more than 35 years old Preferably have a work background in Real Estate, Banking, or Insurance Responsibilities:
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
Regularly track listings and stay up to date with the market
Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealings
Display and market real property to possible buyers
Oversee the
promotion
of property sales on advertisement media and listing services
Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts
Driving License and Car is an advantage
RERA Certification is an advantage
