About the Role
DNL Properties is looking for a creative and experienced Real Estate Photographer & Videographer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience creating high-quality property photography and video content for real estate marketing across social media, property portals, and digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Photograph residential and commercial properties professionally.
- Create high-quality property videos, walkthroughs, reels, and social media content.
- Capture interior, exterior, lifestyle, and architectural shots.
- Edit photos and videos to a professional marketing standard.
- Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Work closely with Property Advisors and the Marketing Team to understand property requirements.
- Manage the photography and videography schedule and coordinate property shoots.
- Ensure all content is delivered on time and according to brand standards.
- Maintain and operate cameras, lighting, audio, gimbals, drones, and other production equipment where applicable.
- Keep up with current real estate photography, videography, and social media trends.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional photography and videography experience, preferably in Dubai real estate.
- Proven portfolio of real estate photography and video work.
- Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, composition, and video production.
- Proficiency in video and photo editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
- Experience creating Reels, TikTok videos, and other short-form content.
- Good understanding of social media content and current trends.
- Creative eye with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple property shoots.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- UAE driving license preferred.
