The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own
- Source new supply (owners, landlords, developer channels) and build a daily outreach pipeline
- Call owners, qualify properties, and secure listing agreements
- Collect accurate property details (price, specs, photos, availability) and ensure listing quality
- Support with uploading brokerage agreements to REGA platforms.
- Draft clear, high-converting listing descriptions (Arabic/English is a plus)
- Maintain and update a source lead tracker/CRM (status, next steps, notes, owner details)
- Coordinate with agents/ops to publish listings and reduce leakage
The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Wiyyana
- Strong phone skills and persistence (high-volume outreach)
- Organized, detail-obsessed, and comfortable with spreadsheets/CRM
- Clear writing and good market judgment on “what’s a quality listing”
- Real estate experience preferred; hustle and reliability required
