Responsibilities
- Develop and implement real estate marketing strategies.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Create marketing materials and promotional content.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, and property portals.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Organize property launches and promotional events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in UAE real estate marketing.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
- Experience with Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
