Job Title: Indoor Sales Agent – Immigration (Hindi Speaker) (Overseas Migration)

Salary: High Salary (Based on Experience & Performance)

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Qualification:

– Identify and generate leads through online channels, social media, and inbound inquiries.

– Qualify leads based on their interest and eligibility for immigration programs.

2. *Client Consultation*:

– Provide detailed information to potential clients about various immigration pathways (e.g., work visas, study visas, PR, etc.).

– Offer personalized consultations based on client needs, including helping with document preparation and the application process.

3. *Sales Process Management*:

– Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into sales by explaining services clearly and effectively.

– Present customized solutions and close deals to meet personal and company sales targets.

4. *Relationship Management*:

– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the immigration process.

– Provide continuous support and guidance to clients throughout the journey, from initial consultation to visa approval.

5. *CRM Management*:

– Update and maintain client records in the CRM system.

– Track all communication and follow-ups with clients for timely updates and closure of deals.

6. *Sales Reporting*:

– Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

– Provide regular reports on sales activities, conversions, and client feedback.

7. *Knowledge Update*:

– Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations in various countries to provide accurate advice to clients.

8. *Team Collaboration*:

– Work closely with other teams such as legal, documentation, and operations to ensure smooth execution of client applications.

*Desired Skills & Qualifications*:

– Proven experience in sales, preferably in the immigration or travel industry.

– Strong communication skills, with fluency in *Hindi and English* (bilingual proficiency is a must).

– Ability to handle client queries and manage the sales cycle effectively.

– Result-oriented, with a strong drive to meet targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

– Comfortable with CRM systems and office software.

– Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and handle pressure.
