Job Objective
Market and sell residential and commercial properties to achieve the company’s goals in terms of increasing sales and achieving customer satisfaction, while advising customers on real estate options that suit their needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop Marketing Strategies:
Develop and implement innovative marketing plans to increase real estate sales. - Identify the target market and study the needs of potential customers.
- Promote Real Estate:
Prepare advertising and marketing campaigns on various platforms (social media, real estate websites, field ads). - Coordinate field visits with potential customers to view properties.
- Photograph properties and prepare a detailed description to attract customers.
- Deal with Customers:
Communicate with potential customers and answer their inquiries. - Provide professional advice to customers on the best real estate options available.
- Build strong relationships with customers to maintain their loyalty and increase referrals.
- Close Sales Deals:
Negotiate with customers on prices and terms. - Preparing the necessary contracts in coordination with the legal department.
- Following up on the legal and administrative procedures to complete the deals.
- Market Research:
Monitoring and analyzing the real estate market periodically. - Identifying trends and opportunities in the market to increase sales opportunities.
- Reports:
Preparing periodic reports on sales and performance. - Providing recommendations to improve marketing strategies.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in real estate marketing or sales.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate and persuade.
- Familiarity with using digital marketing tools and real estate platforms.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Driving license and car (preferred).

- Ability to analyze data and use it in making marketing decisions.
