The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for brokerage activities, managing and growing a team of 4-6 individuals (to be hired/selected by the manager), generating leads, providing customer service, handling sales, and managing real property transactions daily.
Brokerage and Real Estate expertise
Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
Knowledge of Real Property transactions
Up-to-date knowledge of the UAE real estate market
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Organizational and negotiation skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Must have RERA license
Minimum 7 years of experience in the UAE real estate sector
