We’re searching for a passionate and experienced Listing Agent to join our thriving real estate team. (Female Candidates Only)
As a key member, you’ll play a vital role in driving our success by:
Finding New Clients:Reaching out to property owners to understand their needs and explore listing opportunities.
Showcasing Properties:Conducting in-depth property research, creating compelling property listings.
Negotiating Deals:Utilizing your excellent negotiation skills to achieve the best possible outcomes for both buyers and sellers.
Staying Informed:Continuously researching market trends, pricing, and best practices.
ProvidingExceptional Service:Building strong client relationships and ensuring their complete satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:Contacting property owners, assessing their needs, and securing listings.
Property Evaluation:Conducting thorough property inspections and gathering accurate information.
Marketing & Sales:Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and schedule property viewings.
Negotiation & Closing:Negotiating deals, drafting contracts, and guiding clients through the closing process.
Client Relationship Management:Maintaining strong client relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Market Analysis:Staying informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Listing Agent in a real estate role
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
Proficiency in Arabic and English
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Desirable:
Experience in Bitrix
24 CRM.
Job Types:Full-time, Permanent
Pay:AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
