Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Contracts & QS position to oversee contract administration, cost control, and quantity surveying functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction industry, with expertise in contract management, cost estimation, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and prepare main contracts and subcontract agreements.
Implement cost control procedures and ensure budget compliance.
Manage and supervise the QS team, distributing workloads efficiently.
Prepare and review variation orders and claims.
Monitor project costs, financial resources, and expenditures.
Conduct risk assessments and cost impact analysis.
Provide commercial support and attend internal/external meetings.
Prepare project cost reports and financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in contracts and quantity surveying.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel), AutoCAD, Aconex, and quantity takeoff software.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Chartered Member of CIOB (preferred).
UAE Driving License (preferred).
