We are looking for an accomplished Real Estate Development Director to oversee and manage real estate development projects for a prominent Investment Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of project development, including site selection, feasibility analysis, design, construction, and leasing. Â Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial models. Â Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met. Â Conduct market research and analysis to identify new development opportunities. Â Prepare and present project proposals and reports to
senior management
and investors. Â Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. Â Minimum of 20 years of experience in real estate development, with a
proven track record
of successfully managing large-scale development projects. Â Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, construction methods, and regulatory requirements. Â Excellent organizational and time management skills. Â Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Proficient in
project management
software and Microsoft Office Suite. Â Strong
communication
and interpersonal skills. Â Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
