At MARE Properties, we are expanding our Secondary Market Department and actively looking for serious, driven agents who are ready to perform and grow in a structured, high-energy environment.
We are specifically targeting candidates currently based outside Dubai who are willing to relocate.

💡 For candidates relocating to Dubai:
Accommodation can be provided after successfully passing the training program.

- This is a commission-based role with high earning potential for top performers

We are hiring only 10 agents per batch.
📅 Batch 1: 1st May 2026
📅 Batch 2: 15th May 2026
Candidates who pass the training and evaluation will be onboarded as part of these exclusive intakes.

- Strong sales background with a proven track record (real estate experience is a plus, not mandatory)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Serious, committed, and target-driven individuals
- Candidates willing to relocate to Dubai and attend training physically
