Role
Description:
This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Consultant focusing on Off-plan (Middle East) / Dubai Secondary Market.
Key responsibilities:
Negotiating and closing sales, providing expert advice on real estate transactions, and
building relationships
with clients to ensure outstanding satisfaction throughout all stages of the sales process.
Interaction with foreign partners, developers, agents, and owners.
Search for relevant information at the request of a client; preparation of presentations; assistance in the adaptation of clients abroad.
Work with real estate database: attraction of a new product, preparation of presentations.
Conducting projects in the field of foreign real estate of direction development, immigration, legal, tax, and economic expertise.
Preparation of information and reference materials, articles, presentations, reviews, and analytics.
Participation in conferences, presentations, exhibitions, forums, and webinars.
Assistance to the sales manager and head of the department.
Qualifications:
1 year of Real Estate experience is preferable;
Perfect sales and negotiation skills;
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
;
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients;
Fluent English is mandatory.
