Future Homes Real Estate LLC is looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties while building strong relationships with property owners, investors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.
- Generate new leads through calls, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct property viewings and present suitable properties based on clients’ requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and property owners.
- Provide accurate information about property prices, locations, facilities, and market conditions.
- Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the transaction process.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
- Maintain updated records of leads, listings, viewings, and transactions.
- Promote company property listings through online platforms and social media.
- Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market, new developments, and property regulations.
- Work closely with the sales and management team to achieve individual and company targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Dubai real estate or sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in a commission-based environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Good knowledge of Dubai’s property market is preferred.
- English communication skills are required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Candidates who are currently based in the UAE are preferred.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Training for secondary and offlan will be provided
