FGREALTY is seeking a Real Estate Consultant with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience to join our growing sales and leasing teams. You ll be responsible for advising clients on buying selling and renting properties while helping them navigate the market with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on property sales purchases and rentals
- Conduct market research and property valuations
- Manage client relationships from lead generation to closing
- Coordinate property viewings negotiations and paperwork
- Build a strong network of buyers sellers and investors
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales/consulting
- Strong knowledge of the local property market
- Excellent negotiation, sales, and communication skills
- Proven ability to close deals and meet targets
- Real estate license/certification is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
