We are seeking a skilled Car Painter and Polisher with 2-3 years of experience to join our professional team at 360 Autoconcept, a leading car care center in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in car painting and polishing techniques, delivering exceptional quality and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, masking, and sanding surfaces.
Mix and apply paint to vehicles using appropriate techniques and tools.
Perform touch-ups, full resprays, and custom finishes as required.
Conduct high-quality polishing to achieve a flawless finish.
Inspect work to ensure adherence to company standards and client expectations.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean workspace.
Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in automotive painting and polishing.
Expertise in mixing and applying paint, polishing compounds, and protective coatings.
Knowledge of various painting and polishing tools and materials.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
