Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert advice.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs.
Stay up to date with market trends, property laws, and investment opportunities.
Conduct site visits and property viewings with potential buyers.
Negotiate deals and ensure smooth transactions for clients.
Maintain an updated database of available properties and client requirements.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate leads and close deals.
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate sales or property consultancy.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
