Job Description
Genie Desk AI is seeking a knowledgeable Real Estate / Construction / Property Specialist to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of real estate and construction projects, ensuring they meet our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate real estate projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the real estate and construction sectors.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and clients, to ensure project alignment with goals and specifications.
- Prepare budgets, timelines, and progress reports to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards throughout all project phases.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in real estate, construction management, or property development.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, property management, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary and Benefits
- Hourly wage: 80 -* 150 QAR* (commensurate with experience).
