Overview
We are seeking a Real Estate Marketing Specialist to expand market presence, secure new business opportunities, and maximize leasing/selling of properties for owners and partners. Position: 6.
Responsibilities
- Penetrate into the market and seek new business opportunities.
- Prioritize and maximize leasing/selling of owners’ and/or partner’s properties.
- Plan and carry out marketing activities to achieve targets within the timelines.
- Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
- Plan and schedule daily meetings with potential clients.
- Enter into marketing contracts with landlords of outside properties.
- Have knowledge of all existing and new vacant properties (internal/outside).
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Qualifications
- Nationality:
Any, preferably Arabic. - Gender: Male or Female.
- Experience:
Real Estate Services.
- Locally available.
- Based in Doha Office with working hours 07:00‑16:30 Sunday–Wednesday and 07:00‑14:00 Thursday. Fridays and alternate Saturdays off.
- Yearly ticket entitlement.
Compensation & Benefits
- Full salary package:
Basic, Accommodation Allowance, Transportation Allowance, Food Allowance & Other Allowance. - Monthly salary: QAR 10,000 to QAR 12,000.
