Job Title: Real Estate Broker ( Salary + Commission )

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Broker to join our team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties while ensuring compliance with Dubai real estate laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build a strong client network.
- Assist clients with property buying, selling, leasing, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
- Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities in Dubai.
- Ensure compliance with Real Estate Regulatory Agency regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of real estate experience in Dubai.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market and legal procedures.
- RERA certification/license preferred.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
