Your Responsibilities:
– Manage end-to-end property transactions (sales/leasing) for residential and commercial clients.
– Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
– Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals confidently.
– Utilize marketing strategies and CRM tools.
– Collaborate with the team to achieve collective and individual targets.
– Provide regular progress updates to leadership.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in real estate sales.
– Fluent English (other languages will be an additional advantage).
– Understanding of sales and marketing fundamentals.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and CRM systems.
– Strong organizational skills with timely reporting to management.
– Proactive attitude and dedication to achieving team goals.
