ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Design Engineer – The Draftsman/Modeler should responsible for designing, drafting, and modeling low-voltage systems such as ICT, AV & Security Systems. Their responsibilities typically include:
Proficiency in software such as Autocad, Revit, and Navisworks.
Create and develop 3D models for ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Public Address Systems, Data Networks,AV System, BGM System and other low-voltage systems.
Develop detailed design drawings, installation drawings, schematic diagrams and enlargement plans.
Maintain a library of standard components and equipment for ELV systems to ensure consistency and reduce errors.
Ensure ELV designs adhere to local regulations, international standards, and project specifications.
Design and coordinate pathways for ELV cabling within the building.
Develop detailed designs and layouts for ELV systems in accordance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
Develop detailed 3D models of ELV systems using BIM software or similar tools.
Ensure models are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with project specifications and standards.
Perform regular clash detection and resolve any conflicts between ELV systems and other building services or structural elements using BIM tools.
Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, civil) and stakeholders to ensure integrated design solutions.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
