The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties, building strong client relationships, and successfully closing transactions while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an intermediary between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Assist clients with property searches, viewings, and market analysis.
- Negotiate sales agreements, lease terms, and transaction details.
- Guide clients through the entire real estate process from inquiry to closing.
- Prepare and manage contracts, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and property owners.
- Promote property listings through digital marketing and property portals.
