Role Description
This on-site role in the United Arab Emirates is designed for fresher Real Estate Agents who are starting their careers in the property industry. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties, conducting property viewings, and providing accurate information on listings and market trends. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, responding to inquiries, and delivering a high standard of customer service. Agents will support senior team members in negotiations, documentation, and coordination with property owners and developers while learning best practices in real estate sales and portfolio management.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a strong interest in Real Estate and Real Property and be eager to learn the Dubai market.
- Candidates should possess or be willing to obtain a Real Estate License as required by local regulations.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills with the ability to engage prospects, present properties effectively, and support closing transactions.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including clear communication, responsiveness, and a client-focused attitude.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and comfort using CRM systems and online property platforms.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field are beneficial but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages commonly used in the UAE are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and collaborate within a diverse team.
