Job Description
We are hiring a skilled and motivated Secondary Market Agent with hands-on experience in buying and selling ready properties across the UAE. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in market trends, client handling, and closing resale transactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and list ready properties for sale or resale from property owners and investors.
- Market listings through property portals, company CRM, and social media platforms.
- Qualify buyer inquiries and conduct property viewings.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and investment potential.
- Negotiate offers and finalize deals with all relevant documentation and legal compliance.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and brokers.
- Stay updated on current market trends, property laws, and RERA regulations.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of UAE real estate experience, preferably in the secondary market.
- Proven track record in closing resale property deals.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus).
- Knowledge of property listing portals and CRM systems.
- Presentable, professional, and target-driven.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
