This opportunity is open to both experienced agents and freshers who are eager to build a successful career in Dubai’s real estate industry.
This is a commission-based role only, offering attractive commission structure with unlimited earning potential for individuals who are driven and passionate about sales and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, landlords, and tenants
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options
- Schedule and conduct property viewings
- Assist clients in leasing or purchasing residential and commercial properties
- Negotiate terms between landlords, tenants, and buyers
- Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends
- Match client requirements with available listings
- Ensure contracts and documentation are accurate and compliant
Requirements:
- 3mos to 1 year of experience preferred (freshers are welcome)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to learn and grow in the real estate industry
- Available to start immediately
- Candidates with their own UAE visa will be preferred
