Core Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective clients through diverse platforms such as online listings, social media, and industry events.
Organize and conduct property tours, offering clients comprehensive property insights.
Negotiate sales agreements effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and favorable outcomes.
Maintain precise and up-to-date records of property listings, client interactions, and transactions.
Keep abreast of changes in market trends, regulations, and real estate developments in Abu Dhabi.
Collaborate with internal marketing and support teams to enhance sales processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven track record in real estate sales, preferably within the Abu Dhabi market.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate industry and relevant regulations.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to establish and sustain client relationships.
Competency in real estate tools and platforms like Bayut and Property Finder.
Possession of a valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
A bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
