We are seeking a motivated, polished, and results‑driven Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant to represent top communities, guide buyers and investors, and close high‑value transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle property inquiries and conduct professional, well‑structured viewings
- Promote ready and off‑plan properties across Abu Dhabi’s most in‑demand communities
- Build and maintain a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Deliver tailored property presentations, lifestyle insights, and investment consultations
- Advise clients on pricing, ROI, rental yields, capital appreciation, and payment plans
- Negotiate offers and close deals with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with strong market knowledge and exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or high‑value client‑facing roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
- Professional appearance and strong business acumen
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, Turkish, etc.) are an advantage
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
