Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Real Estate Listing Agent to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will focus on marketing and handling property listings to achieve quick sales or leases. You’ll be responsible for creating business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and providing exceptional service throughout the listing process.
Languages Preferred: Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Russian, Italian, or Spanish is a significant advantage to support our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Prospect and create new business opportunities by networking and engaging with potential clients.
Property Marketing: Work with clients to stage and market homes effectively, ensuring maximum appeal to potential buyers.
Listing Presentations: Conduct listing presentations with potential sellers, advising on the best pricing and key selling points.
Pricing Strategy: Research market conditions to determine optimal list prices for properties.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with sellers, ensuring they understand the listing process and stay informed throughout.
Business Networking: Leverage relationships with industry professionals and engage in business-to-business networking to generate leads.
Team Collaboration: Assist the sales and leasing teams with the contract-to-close process, ensuring a seamless transaction.
Utilize Marketing Tools: Use the team’s premium marketing materials to present listings professionally and effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience.
Skills: Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Tech Savvy: Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM systems and marketing tools.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and stay driven in a competitive market.
Collaborative: A team player who values accountability, celebrates team wins, and supports growth.
Language: Fluency in English is required; additional languages highly preferred.

Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
