Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Real Estate Agent to join our esteemed team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for connecting clients with their dream properties. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire property transaction process while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, renting, and leasing properties.
Provide clients with accurate information on property listings, market trends, and pricing.
Build and maintain a network of potential clients, property owners, and developers.
Organize property viewings and guide clients through the negotiation process.
Manage property documentation, including contracts and agreements, in compliance with UAE regulations.
Offer exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships and referrals.
Stay updated on local real estate laws, trends, and new developments in the Abu Dhabi market.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in real estate or sales (experience in Abu Dhabi preferred).
Exceptional communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and regulations.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
UAE driving license (mandatory).
Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and strong work ethic.
