As demand from local and GCC buyers continues to grow, we are seeking a professional Real Estate Agent (Emirati Speaker) to deliver a culturally aligned, high‑quality experience to Emirati and Arabic‑speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Emirati and Arabic‑speaking clients with property inquiries, viewings, and investment consultations
- Conduct tailored presentations, virtual tours, and community briefings in Arabic and English
- Promote off‑plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
- Build and manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Provide expert guidance on pricing, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends
- Negotiate offers and close transactions with professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with cultural understanding, integrity, and professionalism
Requirements
- UAE National (Emirati) – fluent in Arabic and English
- Experience in real estate sales or client‑facing roles is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust with local clients and high‑net‑worth individuals
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
- Professional appearance and strong business acumen
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
