Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Real Estate Agent with strong communication and sales skills to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic and French, confident in handling clients, and capable of closing deals in a competitive market.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage rental property inquiries and convert leads into successful transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate rental agreements.
- Create, update, and manage listings.
- Coordinate with landlords to secure exclusive rental listings.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Prepare tenancy contracts and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly rental targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of Dubai Real Estate Rental experience.
- Arabic speaking is mandatory.
- Experience using Property Finder and Bayut.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
