Role Description The Real Estate Agent | Arabic Speaker role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. The individual in this role will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conduct property viewings, and provide accurate market information and guidance throughout the transaction process. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new listings, following up with leads, preparing property listings and marketing materials, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions and deals. The Real Estate Agent will negotiate offers, coordinate with legal and financial stakeholders as needed, and ensure all documentation complies with local regulations. The role requires regular in-person meetings, strong communication in Arabic and English, and a professional approach to customer service and relationship building.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License and solid understanding of Real Estate regulations and market practices
- Experience in Sales and Real Property transactions, including negotiations and closing deals
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
- Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English, with clear verbal and written communication
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi real estate market and local property laws is highly beneficial
- Proficiency in basic office and real estate software (CRM systems, listing platforms, MS Office)
- Ability to work on-site full time, manage multiple clients and properties, and meet performance targets
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
