We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Albanian-Speaking Real Estate Agent to join our growing sales team.
Job Summary
As an Albanian-Speaking Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for developing relationships with clients, understanding their property requirements, presenting suitable opportunities, conducting property viewings, negotiating transactions, and managing the sales process through to successful completion.
You will primarily work with Albanian-speaking clients and investors, while also supporting our wider international client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Albanian-speaking buyers, investors, sellers, and property owners.
- Respond to incoming leads and proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, and business development.
- Understand clients’ property requirements, budgets, investment goals, and lifestyle preferences.
- Recommend suitable residential and investment properties in Abu Dhabi.
- Conduct property viewings and professional property presentations.
- Provide accurate information about properties, communities, pricing, payment plans, and market opportunities.
- Manage the full sales process from lead qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Negotiate offers and transaction terms effectively and professionally.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and existing clients.
- Build a strong network of buyers, investors, landlords, developers, and referral partners.
- Maintain accurate client information and sales activities within the CRM.
- Stay informed about Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, new developments, pricing, and investment trends.
- Coordinate with developers, property owners, internal departments, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful transactions.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate professionally and provide an exceptional client experience.
Requirements
- Fluent Albanian is required.
- Good command of English is required.
- Additional languages, particularly Arabic or other European languages, are an advantage.
- Previous experience in real estate, property sales, luxury sales, banking, automotive, hospitality, or another client-facing sales environment is preferred.
- UAE real estate experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
- Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
- Professional appearance and confident personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
