We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Real Estate Agent to join our client’s growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships in a competitive real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the residential and commercial property market.
- Assist clients with property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants.
- Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.
- Prepare and present property listings, proposals, and market insights to clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including documentation and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Provide professional advice to clients regarding property investments and market conditions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a client-facing sales role (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Good understanding of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
