Job Summary:
You will be responsible for representing clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Your primary focus will be on prospecting potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and guiding them through the real estate process with
professionalism
and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Find new properties for sale or rent Property Listings:
Create compelling property listings with accurate information, appealing visuals, and engaging descriptions to attract potential buyers and renters.
Property Showings:
Conduct property viewings, showcasing the best features of each property and addressing client inquiries.
Negotiation:
Skillfully negotiate terms and prices to achieve the best outcome for clients while ensuring a win-win situation.
Market Analysis:
Stay
up-to-date
with market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
Target-oriented mindset, someone who understands the value of commissions more than the salary itself.
Salary range
: 3000 AED to 4000 AED with a monthly target.
Requirements:
You know Dubai well, its districts and infrastructure.
Fluent English and another European or Arabic language is a plus.
