Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
Conduct property viewings and ensure properties are presented in the best light.
Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure the best deal for clients.
Stay updated on the latest real estate laws, market conditions, and trends in Dubai.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
Knowledge of the Dubai property market and real estate laws.
Strongcommunicationand negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achievesales targets.
Fluent in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus).
Holding a valid UAE Real Estate License (RERA) is a must.
Familiarity with real estate listing platforms (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder).
Strong understanding of client service and relationship-building techniques.
