Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of Real Estate Sales experience is a MUST
- Holds UAE Driving license
Experienced in selling Off plan & Secondary Market Real estate units, leasing Properties direct from landlords and property management.
- Must be aware of market strategies and mandatory documentation
- Establish strong working relationships with admin and clients
- Ensure that company standards, protocols and procedures are well implemented
- Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills and has the ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- RERA is an advantage
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills
- Commit to achieving sales targets
