Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role located in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
The Real Estate Agent will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting clients, conducting property viewings, and advising on buying, selling, and investing in premium and off-plan properties.
Daily responsibilities include maintaining property listings, preparing and reviewing contracts, coordinating with developers and landlords, and staying informed about local market trends and regulations.
The role also involves delivering high-quality customer service, responding to inquiries, negotiating offers, and guiding clients through the closing process.
The Real Estate Agent will collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and support marketing activities that promote listings and brand visibility.

Qualifications
- Previous real estate experience in the UAE is an advantage
- Knowledge of Ras Al Khaimah or Dubai real estate is preferred
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Professional, reliable and well-organized
- Confident in handling international clients
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Fluent English required
- Additional languages are highly valued
- UAE driving license and own car are preferred
- Existing client network is an advantage
